At HIGH-THREAD-COUNT-BED-SHEETS.COM we guarantee unparalled satisfaction and quality. We
only deal with the highest quality and most reputable bed linen manufacturers in the world. The
manufacturers whose products you find on this website painstakingly examine each item of
merchandise before shipment. Due to the quality and care with which these products are made, it
would be rare, if ever, that you would find a manufacturer's defect in the merchandise. However, you
have our complete assurance that in the event such a defect is present, we will provide you with a full
refund. In the event you do believe such a manufacturer's defect exists, please contact us immediately.
You will need to return the product in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase price in
full.

PRIVACY POLICY
We wish to inform you that we take your privacy concerns very seriously and can guarantee that none
of the information which you provide to us will ever be sold or traded to anyone for any reason
whatsoever. We have a secure encrypted order form which prevents anyone from being able to obtain
your personal information, including your credit card information. When ordering through this website,
you can rest assured that your privacy is 100% protected.

Our House Specialty Collection
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for
a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling
fees).We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a
refund. Item(s) must be in it's original package. Removing the linens from the package to
inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are
not right for you (remember they will be lightly starched before they are washed for the first
time), simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for a return shipping address.
Once the sheets have been unfolded they are not resalable and not returnable.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are
special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept
open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows
for refund or credit.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the
approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not
accept COD returns of any kind. Credit for returns will be calculated based upon the purchase
price (not including shipping) minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost
charged by the credit card company to charge and then issue a credit to your card as well as
the associated administrative costs incurred by us. Therefore, the credit amount is usually the
product(s) price minus 10%.

Due to the custom nature of their manufacture, Signoria and Bellino accept all returns in the event of a
manufacturer's defect only. All returns must be pre-approved and issued a return authorization
number. Any returns without a return authorization number will be refused. Please contact our
customer service in the event that you need to obtain a return authorization number.
